New Jazz Fest Designs
Every year I come up with a new design for Jazz Fest. Usually I base them on some older poster or painting. I get inspiration from the old French Masters. This year I tried viewing newer poster designs from the 1930's to get ideas and came up with the one you see here. Best Jazz Fest Yet
Well another year another Jazz Fest and the best one yet to come. Gather the clan and bolster the Krewe come visit us and why not let the little guy who works hard all year long in on the funds and get a t-shirt from Fig Street Studio. In the old days the little guys displayed their wears but now it costs so much and has so many rules to get a booth that it hurts us little guys.

Jazz Fest Shirts
Many of us were afraid with Katrina that Jazz Fest would not take place in New Orleans this year but it is on and planning has to begin. Like in the old days before big advertising firms took over the art and shirts for the official display, we artists at Fig Street Studio design, sell, and wear unique Jazz Fest shirts. The profits go to artists in New Orleans who keep the culture going. Local guys, struggling artists, not quite starving but very creative and at times funny.
